The company’s argument is that they lack sufficient RAM and ROM to run the new OS alongside TouchWiz and other “experience-enhancing” software.  So, because Samsung can’t pile their proprietary crap onto the S and Tab, no one with those phones gets to use ICS on them. Stupid.
